Not allowed
- Harassment, threats, stalking, bullying.
- Abuse or hate aimed at someone’s race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability or gender reassignment.
- Sexual content of any kind. Remember who plays Wynncraft. Sexual talk with or about a child gets reported to the authorities, no exceptions.
- Encouraging suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, dangerous challenges, or drug use.
- Encouraging violence or terrorism.
- Sharing anyone’s personal information.
- Earrape, soundboards, blasting music, spam. Anything done on purpose to make voice unusable for the people around you.
- Getting around a ban with another account.
What happens
Someone reports you in game, or anyone e-mails safety@wynnvoicechat.com. The last two minutes of audio from both sides, yours and theirs, go to the moderators. They listen. Then it’s one of four outcomes: dismissed, a 7-day ban, a 30-day ban, or a permanent one, and you’re told which and why. The terms list which breach gets which.
A ban just means the relay won’t let you connect. Illegal content also goes to the authorities. Grooming, or harassment that’s spilling over onto other platforms, gets passed to the Wynncraft team as well.
Wynncraft treats voice here like a private call, so a voice problem is ours to deal with, not theirs. Report it to us.
The moderators are unpaid volunteers. They aren’t Wynncraft staff and they can’t do anything about what happens outside voice.
Appeals
Open a private thread in #ban-appeals on our Discord. Only you and the moderators can see it. No Discord? E-mail privacy@wynnvoicechat.com instead. Either way, tell us which account was banned and why you think we got it wrong.
