Community rules

Wynncraft's own server rules apply on voice too. These are on top, and they are part of the terms of use.

Not allowed

• Harassment, threats, stalking, or bullying.
• Abuse or hate aimed at someone’s race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability or gender reassignment.
• Sexual content of any kind. Remember who plays Wynncraft. Any sexual talk with or about a child is reported to the authorities.
• Encouraging suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, dangerous challenges, or drug use.
• Encouraging violence or terrorism.
• Sharing anyone’s personal information.
• Deliberate disruption: earrape, soundboards, music blasting, spam.
• Evading a ban with another account.

What happens

1. Someone reports you in game, or anyone e-mails safety@wynnvoicechat.com. The last two minutes of audio from both sides go to the moderators.
2. Moderators listen and decide: dismiss, 7-day ban, 30-day ban, or permanent ban. You are told the reason. The terms say which breach gets which.
3. A ban stops you connecting to the relay. Illegal content is also reported to the authorities, and grooming or harassment that spans other platforms is passed to the Wynncraft team.

Wynncraft treats voice here like a private call, so report voice problems to us, not to Wynncraft.

Moderators are volunteers from the community. They are not Wynncraft staff and cannot act on anything outside voice.

Appeals

Open a post in the #ban-appeals forum on our Discord; only you and the moderators can see it. If you cannot use Discord, e-mail privacy@wynnvoicechat.com. Either way, say which account was banned and why you think the decision was wrong.
